Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uptimehub website and monitoring service. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure. You must be authorized to monitor any website, API, or endpoint you add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by monitoring endpoints you are not authorized to check, using checks to overload or attack a third-party system, interfering with the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under any money-back period we offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your data and ownership

You retain all rights to your services and configuration. Uptimehub runs read-only external checks against the URLs and endpoints you add, solely to monitor availability and performance and to provide the service. We never install an agent on your servers, never hold credentials to your systems, and never change anything on your infrastructure. We claim no ownership over your services or configuration.

Monitoring and alerts

Uptimehub reports the results of external checks: up or down status, response times, and related signals for your review, and sends alerts by Slack, email, SMS, or webhook. Checks and alerts depend on network conditions and third-party delivery providers and may occasionally be delayed or missed. The service is informational and does not guarantee that you will be notified of every incident. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on any alert.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uptimehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
